With the Ridgid 918-6 roll groover, you make clean and reliable mechanical pipe joints quickly without welding or threading. The compact carriage mounting kit lets you securely mount the groover directly onto a Ridgid 300 Compact or 1233 power drive. Featuring a 15T hydraulic ram with a two-stage pump, it delivers smooth grooving force for steel pipes up to 12". The included roll sets for 2" to 6" Schedule 10/40 and 8" to 12" Schedule 10 (8" Schedule 40) prepare you immediately for fire sprinkler, HVAC, and industrial piping jobs, offering easy transport and efficient one-person operation on site.

The RIDGID® 918 hydraulic roller grooving machine features a powerful 15-tonne hydraulic plunger in a compact, easily transportable unit. Because the 918 can be set up and operated by one person, it is the ideal roller grooving machine for job site conditions. The 918 can be quickly attached to the RIDGID® 300 electric drive and to wire cutters 535, 1822 or 1224. Designed for maximum efficiency, the 918 is suitable for roll grooving pipes up to 12" diameter, schedule 10 and pipes up to 8", schedule 40 with standard wall thickness.
